CEST®2024 Current Economic & Social Topics
International Hybrid Colloquium
 
is organized by CESTiRA (Current Economic & Social Topics International Research Association; cestira.eu) in cooperation with the Faculty of Management at the University of Lodz, Poland, the Institute of Management at the University of Szczecin, Casimir Pulaski Radom University and the College of Business and Economics University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

The conference will be held on December 12-14, 2024. The Colloquium will have a hybrid form and the proceedings will take place in Lodz (Poland), in the building of the Faculty of Management. The language of colloquium is English.

The aim of the conference is to discuss current economic and social problems concerning:
  • Entrepreneurship & Innovations,
  • Management, Leadership & Governance (especially under ESG conditions),
  • Finance & Accounting,
  • Financial & Capital Markets,
  • Globalization, Integration & Convergence,
  • Labor Markets & Diversities,
  • Pension Systems & Pension Schemes Reforming,
  • Socio-Economic Growth
as well as Implications of COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukrainian war in these areas. These issues seem to be the most important problems in terms of current economic situation in globalized world.

The conference is organized on an international scale with distinguished members of the Program Committee from worldwide academic communities. All submitted papers will be carefully reviewed by at least two Members of the Program Committee. Accepted papers will be published after conference in selected journals (see cest2024.cestira.eu).

During the Colloquium a competition for the best PhD student presentation will be held - winners will receive diplomas, a cash prize and free publication in a reputable scientific journal.
 
Personal participation in the conference is 200 EUR or 900 PLN. This fee includes the cost of all conference services & CESTiRA membership fee. For doctoral students, participation in the sessions designed for them is free, but the fee for full participation in the conference is 150 EUR (660 PLN). Online participation in the conference is 100 EUR (440 PLN) with discount for members of cooperating entities.
