organized on 12 -14 December 2024 as a Hybrid (in person & MS TEAMS) meeting focused on:

Entrepreneurship & Innovations,   Financial & Capital Markets,   Globalization, Integration & Convergence,   Labor Markets & Diversities,   Pension Systems Reforms,   Socio-Economic Growth & implications of COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine in these areas
 

with a special commemoration of the Great Friends of our Association, Professors Laurence R.Klein, Stephan Klasen and Edward C. Prescott.


    
 
Organizers: The Colloquium is organized by the Current Economic & Social Topics International Research Association CESTiRA in cooperation with the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz (Poland),  Institute of Management of the University of Szczecin (Poland), IPPM College of Business and Economics of the University of Johannesburg (South Africa) and under auspices of the Rector of the University of Lodz, the Rector of the University of Szczecin and the Rector of Casimir Pulaski Radom University, as well as ASEPELT Asociación International de Economía Aplicada (Spain), Exponential Education (Spain) and under agreement and cooperation with Local Supporting Bodies.
 
Events: The conference will be held on December 12-14, 2024 as a hybrid format (MS Teams event). The in-person sessions will take place at the Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz. The Colloquium will be integrated with the General Assembly of Members. There will also be a meeting of the Editorial Board, whose members are the editors-in-chief of the journals cooperating with CESTIRA. Young Researchers' Session will be offered to the scientists without a PhD and students from PhD Schools. The best presentation will be awarded the Best Young Paper Diploma, a cash prize and publication in a reputable scientific journal.
 
Language: The Colloquium language is English.

The aim of the conference is to discuss current economic and social problems concerning: as well as Implications of COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukrainian war in these areas. These issues seem to be the most important problems in terms of current economic situation in globalized world.
